I’m happy to share that Pixel Budget has been featured on SaaS Browser ! In the case study, I talk about why I created Pixel Budget, the ideas behind the app, and why I decided to build an expense tracking and budgeting app that doesn’t require users to connect their bank accounts. After five months of Beta testing, I’m excited to announce that Pixel Budget will officially launch on September 9! The Private Beta started on April 1, followed by the Open Beta on May 23. Over these five months, feedback from Beta users has helped me find and fix bugs, improve existing features, and make Pixel Budget easier and more reliable to use. The Beta also brought several major new features and improvements, including: Scheduled Transactions – Future transactions are kept separately and automatically become regular transactions when their date arrives. Recurring Transactions – Regular expenses and income can be scheduled to repeat automatically.
